It can now be said that Studio Ghibli is the Japanese equivalent of Walt Disney. There is the “Ghibli Park”, there is the “Ghibli Museum”, there are countless Ghibli sights and shops – not just in Japan. It's actually only logical that there is also a Ghibli special issue from Koneko...

We look back on the last 40 years and remember Studio Ghibli's greatest successes. We also looked around Japan and will show you, among other things, original locations that you know from the Ghibli films or that served as inspiration for them.
