Please note that signed albums have a strict return and exchange policy. You can only revoke or cancel your order during the pre-order phase. Small defects or minor damage are not considered defects and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.

The packaging (cover) serves to protect the product. Minor damage to the cover (scratches, creases, etc.) is not a reason for a complaint.
