The lightstick is delivered in packaging (cardboard box). This only serves as protection for transport. Therefore, any minor damage, whether slight scratches, pressure marks, etc., is not a reason for return or exchange. The buyer agrees to this with the purchase.
The lightstick is sealed. If you would like us to test the lightstick for you in advance, please leave us a note in the note field on the shopping cart page. Please then click on "Proceed to checkout", otherwise the note will not be transferred to us. You can check whether we have received your message via the order confirmation.
